1-8-24 Lesson 1: Introduction to ILL (Inverted Longe Line)

And so it begins...

The warm up (against distractions)

 And then Kellie's turn...

And after less than 30 minutes of good Longe Line work, how is Piper?

Tired

Physically tired

Curious, but no longer willing to go towards the distraction (Nova)

A VERY relaxed dog. See how soft her eyes are?

Remember to do Cool Down after EVERY ILL or LL workout.

  4. Hi Gals, I just realized there were a bunch of replies on this post. Loni, thank you. That's a great little rest area and I'll definitely take you up on your offer. Do you text? Can I get your number and we'll coordinate schedules? Fridays and/or Saturdays might work well for us.

  5. Yes you can text me if you want any distractions I can help you with that. My # 801-360-2667. I have 2 GSD ‘s 1 has 5 titles in just 3 shows and my newest one is just starting her show career. I am at the rest area Thursday thru Monday from 7ish to 3 and since it’s the off season it’s been pretty quiet but the girls will be a great distraction for you. I do have a reactive dog but she’s came a long ways since I’ve had her. My 3 yr old is very social and understands what the training is. I have no cell service at this at work so if you’re coming please contact me after 3:30 to set up time for me to help in any way

    1. Got it, thanks! I'm thinking next week Thursday or Friday we should be ready for high level distractions. I'll send you a text next Weds to see what works best for our schedules. Mid day meeting should work perfectly.
