Okay, I've watched all the videos. They are all slightly different but similar. Let's see if I captured the essentials. I wasn't able to hear the AKC test nor see it well enough to tell if there was a leash included on the first pattern so I'm going of the rest of the videos.

6. 5 min down stay, off leash

Heeling patterns include about and right turns, sits half way, and gait changes.
