    Although we aren't yet on Week 5, I felt uploading this well written article by Deb Kidwell (Ruth's breeder) would benefit you now. It explains WHY Week 4/Week 5 work so well and what is happening within the learning dogs mind. Enjoy reading it. BTW, the FC Glossary pages ended with Week 4.

  2. Did you know there is another benefit of this FC? Margot used to state the on-leash FC work is amazing as the dog IS LITERALLY learning HOW to LEARN. AND simultaneously, the on-leash FC work is training the handler/owner HOW TO COMMUNICATE fairly and effectively. Really, the FC through Week 6 is transformational for the handler/owner AND their dog. The two learn together.
